FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of extraction of precious metal fines from deposits includes disintegration and washing of the input material in scrubber-trommel screens, classification of washed material using the vibrating screens with holes size of the sieving surface 2 mm, gravitation separation of the material with size below 2 mm to concentrate and tailings in screw separators. The productive class -2+0 mm is pumped by the slurry pumps to the cone thickener. In it the material is prepared as per density for further enrichment at 4-turn screw separators with removal of the clay fraction at 2nd turn, and with production of the concentrate and discardable tailings in the main screw separation, and further concentrate recleaning in the recleaning screw separation. Concentrate after the recleaning screw separation is supplied to the concentrate table where heads are separated.
EFFECT: increased extraction of precious metal fines in concentrate.
