FIELD: compounds production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a compound of general formula (I), which consists in a three-component reaction between the corresponding 5-indolidene-2-thiohydantoin, paraformaldehyde and the corresponding amino acid in a solvent, characterized in that for carrying out the reaction 1 molar eq. of the corresponding 5-indolidene-2-thiohydantoin is dissolved in toluene, or benzene, or dioxane, taken in an amount of 10 ml per 0.5 mmol of 5-indolidene-2-thiohydantoin, and heated until the mixture boils, after which the corresponding amino acid is added, taken from the calculation of 6 eq., and paraformaldehyde, taken in the amount of 4 eq. with respect to the corresponding 5-indolidene-2-thiohydantoin.
EFFECT: new method for the preparation of compounds of general formula (I) has been developed, which makes it possible to obtain compounds with a purity of at least 98%. The obtained compounds can be used as active ingredients for pharmaceutical compositions and drugs for the treatment of oncological diseases.
