SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in medicine and refers to method of production of compounds by formula (I) which are inhibitors of purine nucleoside phosphorylases, purine phosphoribosile transferases, 5'-methylthioadenosine phosphorylases, 5'- methylthioadenosine nucleosidases and nucleoside hydrolases. (I) where V and X represent CH2; Y represents H; Z represents phenyl, phenylthio, phenoxy, alkyl, alkylthio, alkyloxy, optionally substituted, or H, halogen, OH, escaping sulphonate group; W represents NR1; R1 represents radical of formula (II) where A represents CH; B is selected from OH, NH2, Nh-alkyl, SH and halogen; D represents H or NH2; E represents N.
EFFECT: development of new production methods of biologically active compounds.
