FIELD: clothing.
SUBSTANCE: absorbent article of clothing with a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis. The absorbent article of clothing constitutes a pair of underwear containing a front area, a back area, and a crotch area, wherein the crotch area is located between the front area and the back area. The crotch area is formed by an absorbent unit. In addition to the absorbent unit, the article of clothing comprises a front panel and a back panel, the front panel is attached to the front area of the absorbent unit, and the back panel is attached to the back area of the absorbent unit. The front panel and the back panel are interconnected forming transverse side seams of the article of clothing. The article of clothing also comprises a pocket on the back waistband of the underwear, partially formed by a part of the back panel, bent over the top. The pocket comprises a barrier for a fluid medium.
EFFECT: technical result is production of absorbent underwear.
