FIELD: oil composition creation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the creation of a high-temperature synthetic oil composition for small-sized heat-stressed gas turbine engines, including those with a closed lubrication system, operating in a wide temperature range from minus 70°С to 300°С. Synthetic oil contains, wt.%: oligodimethyl (γ-trifluoropropyl) siloxane liquid - 91.0-98.0; high-temperature complex antioxidant additive - 2.0-9.0. The effect is achieved through the use as a high-temperature antioxidant additive in the composition of synthetic oil based on oligodimethyl (γ-trifluoropropyl) siloxane liquid and a complex compound of iron (III) and oligodimethyl (γ-trifluoropropyl) siloxane with a mass fraction of iron not less than 0.35% and nylon-free iron.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain oil that is operable in the temperature range from minus 70°С to 300°С, including in small-sized heat-stressed engines with a closed lubrication system.
