FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lubricant composition of high-temperature oil for heat-stressed gas-turbine engines of supersonic aircraft, which contains a base - aviation trimethylolpropane ester based on a mixture of esters of trimethylolpropane and fatty monocarboxylic acids, as well as an antioxidant additive - dioctyl diphenylamine or (bis(4-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)phenyl)amine, antioxidant additive - alkylated phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine, anticorrosion additive in form of a mixture of oil-soluble metal deactivator Irgamet 39 based on a tolutriazole derivative and a corrosion inhibitor - 1,2,3-benzotriazole, tricresyl phosphate as an antiwear additive, with defined ratios of all components.
EFFECT: obtaining a lubricant composition with improved operational properties: stable viscous and temperature properties, thermal and thermo-oxidative stability at high temperatures, improved anticorrosion properties and tribotechnical properties in high speed conditions at high and low temperatures.
