FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to static storage sources of intermediate power intended for connection between the electrical network and the consumer of electrical energy. The static storage intermediate power source includes a capacitor module, a control unit, an induction module, a ballast capacitor unit, input terminals made with the possibility of connecting to the electrical network, and output terminals made with the possibility of connecting to the consumer of electrical energy. The induction module includes nine inductors connected in parallel. Each inductor consists of a magnetic core, two main coils and three measuring coils wound on it. One of the two main coils has two antiphase windings. Three measuring coils are connected to the control unit. Each magnetic core is connected on one side to the input terminal, and on the other side to the output terminal. At the same time, the capacitor module connected to the main coils of inductors includes fifteen capacitor blocks of five parallel connected blocks for each phase and three capacitors in each block. The control unit is designed to receive measurement data from measuring coils and control the charging/discharging of the capacitor module based on measurements and is a matrix of ninety induction current transformers and measuring probes. The ballast capacitor unit connected to the antiphase windings of the main coil of the induction unit consists of twenty capacitors connected by a matrix.

EFFECT: increase in the consumed active power at the consumer with a simultaneous decrease in this power at the source at the time of the consumed load.
