FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technologies for the integrated development of hydrocarbon deposits using multifunctional horizontal wells. The expected result is achieved due to the fact that in the method for complex production of hydrocarbons from oil and gas condensate wells, including the installation of an operational column containing a perforation zone with a shank, the descent of a column of pumping and compressor pipes with operational equipment into the operational column and sealing the space between the pump and compressor pipe column and the operational column using two packers, one of which is installed below, and the other above the perforation zone of the operational column, further, at the first stage, oil is pumped out of the oil fringe of the reservoir through the shank of the production column horizontally installed in the oil fringe of the reservoir with the gas flow control valve closed, placed on the pump and compressor pipe column between the packers, feeding oil through a low-pressure plume to the oil treatment plant, at the second stage with an increase in the water content of the extracted products until the gushing stops or when the oil flow rate decreases to an economically viable limit, below which the well ceases to pay off operating costs, the shank is cut off and the gas is pumped out of the gas or gas condensate cap through the perforation zone in the production column with the gas inflow valve open, feeding gas through the first high-pressure plume to the integrated gas treatment plant (GTP).
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of operating a multifunctional well at different stages sequentially as an oil well and then as a gas well, the possibility of producing oil with a high gas factor is provided.
