FIELD: oil and gas production industry, particularly enhanced recovery methods for obtaining hydrocarbons.

SUBSTANCE: method involves drilling injection and production wells in pool; injecting gas through injection wells and producing gas through production wells; cyclically developing gas cap along with oil rim development. At the first stage of the cycle cycling-process is realized in gas cap to provide local thickening of oil-saturated layer. At the second stage thereof production operation is carried out from oil-saturation layer. As thickened local oil-saturated layer is exhausted production is performed from gas cap and after that local thickening of oil-saturated layer is created again. Cyclic development is continued in accordance with said scheme up to total oil rim exhaustion.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of method realization in oil and gas-condensate polls having thin oil rims located under gas and floating on water surface.
