FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials. A method for obtaining an additive that modifies petroleum bitumen is described, including the preparation of wood filler - Scots pine bark with an average particle size of 2-4 mm, the pore space of which is filled with a finely dispersed filler from basalt, and its introduction into dewatered bitumen, preheated to 120-140°C, in the amount of 5.0-10.0% by weight of the initial mass of bitumen, wherein, water-soluble extractive substances are removed from the bark by extraction with water, followed by temperature treatment at 60°C for three days, preliminary grinding of basalt using a planetary ball mill, using a tungsten carbide headset to a fraction of 200-300 nm for 30 minutes, followed by drying in drying oven at 110°C for an hour, then joint wet grinding of basalt and bark is performed in a ratio by weight: bark - 65%, finely dispersed basalt - 25%, water - 10% for 5 minutes.
EFFECT: improving the thermophysical characteristics of bitumen.
