FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, namely to engine construction, and can be used to increase the efficiency, power and altitude of reciprocating internal combustion engines. The unit for implementing the method consists of an attachment flange (1) to the engine exhaust manifold, an exhaust pipe (2), an air ejection pipe (3), a snail (4), an engine pressurization pipe (5) serving to exit a cold vortex, a pipe ( 6) a hot vortex serving to exhaust gases into the atmosphere, a conical movable body - a throttle (7). The diameter of the pipe (6) of the hot vortex is greater than the diameter of the pipe (5) of the engine boost. The tube (6) of the hot vortex and the throttle (7) form the exhaust hole (8) with the possibility of changing the cross-section. The exhaust gas branch pipe (2) and the pipe (3) form an air ejector, the volute (4), the branch pipe (5) and the pipe (6) with the throttle (7) together form a Ranque vortex tube providing the required Ranque-Hilsch effect.
EFFECT: increasing reliability and efficiency of the pressurization device for reciprocating internal combustion engines without direct use of mechanical energy, as well as reducing the temperature of the exhaust gases at the exhaust and the engine noise.
