The bacterial strain Bacillus megaterium, which has the ability to produce probiotic and antimicrobial substances of the class of organic acids, has been deposited at the All-Russian collection of microorganisms (VKM) Institute of Chemical Biology and Fundamental Medicine RAS under the registration number VKM B-3512D.
EFFECT: provides an expansion of the arsenal of strains with probiotic properties, capable of growing in a wide temperature range and producing essential amino acids.
