FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing gasoline, in which three streams are used as raw materials, one of which includes a hydrocarbon fraction, the second stream includes oxygenate, the third stream includes an olefin-containing fraction containing olefins C2-C4 in the total amount from 10 to 50 wt. %, and where three reaction zones filled with a zeolite catalyst are used, with the distribution of the hydrocarbon fraction into at least one reaction zone, with the distribution of the olefin-containing fraction into three reaction zones, with the distribution of oxygenate into three reaction zones, wherein the heating of a catalyst layer in each reaction zone is from 5 to 35°C, for each shelf of a reactor, the temperature of the catalyzate at an outlet of the catalyst layer exceeds the temperature of feeding raw materials to this shelf of the reactor. The invention also concerns an installation for producing gasoline.
EFFECT: smoothing of the temperature profile of the catalyst, the production of gasoline with an octane number above 90 units with the aromatic hydrocarbon content in the product of no more than 35 vol.%, the rejection of recycling of the gaseous product and the use of internal heat exchangers in the production of high-octane gasoline.
