SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing benzines or concentrates of aromatic compounds, in which the raw material used is three streams, one of which includes a hydrocarbon fraction, the second stream includes an oxygenate, third stream contains an olefin-containing fraction containing one or more olefins selected from a group comprising: ethylene, propylene, normal butylenes, isobutylene in total amount of 10 to 50 wt%, and where three reaction zones are used, filled with zeolite catalyst, with distribution of hydrocarbon fraction preferably into first reaction zone, with distribution of oxygenate into first reaction zone and with distribution of olefin-containing fraction by three reaction zones, note here that mass fraction of third flow distributed into last reaction zone is higher than mass fraction of third flow distributed into each of previous reaction zones.

EFFECT: method increases output of C₅₊ hydrocarbons, increases conversion of n-hexane and n-heptane, reduces content of benzene in the product, eliminates recycling of gaseous products, and reduces consumption of oxygenates.
