SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles for the transportation of long cargo in the logging industry, mainly to timber trucks. The log truck contains a self-propelled tracked chassis (1) with a frame (2), in the front part of which a manipulator (4) is placed on a frame support (3), and a cargo platform (5) is mounted in the middle and rear parts. The frame (6) of the cargo platform (5) is equipped with rollers (7) of various diameters installed in the horizontal plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the frame (6). The diameters of the rollers (7) are selected in such a way that the plane passing tangentially to the rolling surfaces of all the rollers is inclined to the horizontal line at an angle α, the apex of which is oriented to the front of the chassis frame, and the angle of inclination α in this case was 10°-15°. Cargo frame 6 (8) with the ability to rotate in the longitudinal vertical plane. The hydraulic drive for turning the cargo platform (5) is made in the form of one or more hydraulic cylinders (9), some ends of which are fixed on the frame (2), and the others are attached to the frame (6) of the cargo platform (5). The front part of the frame (6) of the cargo platform (5) is equipped with shock absorber supports (10).
