FIELD: cross connect equipment.

SUBSTANCE: modular solid-state relay with closing and opening contacts is intended for use in switching equipment. The device has a modular design, as switching elements, an “x” number of modules of the closing contact based on power triacs are used, which are connected in parallel to one output of the control module through the corresponding bus, and an “y” number of modules of the opening contact based on power triacs, which are connected in parallel to another output of the control module through the corresponding bus. To perform these connections, the modules are installed in series and contact jumpers are used in the amount of three pieces for each pair of modules that are installed between the buses. This solid-state relay is capable of switching an arbitrary number of connected and unrelated power, control, signal and other AC electrical circuits in a given operating mode, and is also implemented with an arbitrary number of contacts, including on a single cooler.

EFFECT: provided is ability to simultaneously switch a given number of connected and unrelated AC circuits of industrial frequency with the number of switched circuits equal to the number of contact modules used, and to create a flexibly configurable device in which the control module is one, the number of contact modules is unlimited and each of the modules is able to switch a separate electrical circuit.
