FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power industry. A method for operating a combined-cycle gas plant (CCGP) with participation in the primary frequency control, including at least one gas turbine plant (GTP), waste boilers (WB) connected to the exhaust of the GTP, and a steam turbine plant (STP) connected by steam to the WB, with a bypass steam supply installed on it to a zone with a lower pressure, equipped with a throttle control valve and flow-communicating with the steam supply to the turbine head. With the participation of the CCGP in the primary regulation of current frequency in the power system, operation takes place at a reduced value according to the required power reserve. According to the proposed method, the GTP is operated at a reduced load by reducing the flow of air and fuel into the combustion chamber, and the STP with a closed bypass throttle control valve, but fully open steam flow control bodies to the turbine head. If it is necessary to increase the power of the CCGP, air and fuel consumption in the GTP increases, and the bypass steam supply valve of the STP opens.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the operation of a CCGP with participation in the primary regulation of the current frequency in the power system.
