SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disinfectants and can be used for disinfection of water, food processing, any surfaces and objects. The disinfectant contains hypochlorous acid in equilibrium with sodium hypochlorite, sodium chloride and hydrogen peroxide, in the following ratio, by weight. %: hypochlorous acid in equilibrium with sodium hypochlorite - 0.02-15.0; sodium chloride - 5.0-10.0; hydrogen peroxide - 0.1-30.0; water - the rest. The agent is safe for humans and the environment.

EFFECT: invention provides for creation of an effective disinfectant based on compounds that are a source of active chlorine in a lower concentration compared to hypochlorites, and hydrogen peroxide.
