FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. An automatic device for aerobic solid-phase fermentation of cake is proposed. The device contains a housing, a lifting screw conveyor, an automatic stacking machine, a transporting mechanism and an unloading mechanism. The stacking machine includes a movable storage tank equipped with an outlet and a servo drive. The discharge opening of the lifting screw conveyor is located in the upper part of the housing and is connected to the movable storage tank by means of a flexible corrugated pipe. The conveying mechanism is equipped in its lower part with a feeding station for tipping the cake onto the unloading mechanism.
EFFECT: invention provides fully automatic fermentation without the use of manual labor, as well as high efficiency.
