SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to pneumatic motors powered by compressed air. The system has an air motor 1 with a cylinder-piston group, as well as a cylinder head with an intake 2 and exhaust 3 manifold system with a valve mechanism, the air compressor 7 is connected through a pipeline 9 with a receiver 8, which is connected through the first pipeline 11 with an air motor through a distribution valve 10 1 and through the second pipeline 12 with the chamber 13.1 of the heated medium of the radiator 13, which at the outlet through the intake manifold 2 is connected to the pneumatic motor 1, connected through the exhaust manifold 3 to the chamber 13.2 of the heating medium of the radiator 13. The outlet of the crankshaft 4 of the pneumatic motor 1 by means of a cardan assembly 5 is connected to the piston unit of the air compressor 7, and a starter is installed on the output shaft 14 - generator 15. The first start of the compressor and the pneumatic motor is performed by a starter-generator 15, which is located with them on the same shaft, the subsequent starts are made by the receiver 8. The compressor 7 is taken, compressed and pumped into the receiver 8. From the receiver 8 through the distribution valve 10, the air flow is divided into two and the first pipeline 11 is directed to the valve system of the pneumatic motor 1, and the second pipeline 12 is directed to the chamber 13.1 of the heated medium of the radiator 13, where it is heated to the operating temperature and fed through the intake manifold 2 to the pneumatic motor 1, where they perform mechanical work, rotate the output shaft and the crankshaft and transfer the rotation to the piston unit of the air compressor 7 through the cardan assembly, the exhaust air through the exhaust manifold 3 is fed into the chamber 13.2 of the heating medium of the radiator 13.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the pneumatic motor, prevention of combustion of valve stem seals.
