FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to steam engines running on heated air/gas to be used as replacement of electric motors for drives of various stationary machines and mechanisms. Closed-circuit steam pneumatic engine system with heat supply from the superheater includes steam pneumatic engine 1 with heating jacket 16 having a cylinder-piston group interacting with a crankshaft, as well as cylinder block head with system of inlet 2 and outlet 3 manifold with valve mechanism, where crankshaft is connected with output shaft 19. Outlet manifold 3 is connected along pipeline circuit to inlet of condenser 4 containing cooling unit 5 with inlet and outlet of cooling heat carrier. Condensate collection unit 6 is connected to vacuum pump 7. Outlet of condenser 4 along pipeline circuit is connected to inlet of spiral heat exchanger 12 of superheater 8, wherein pipeline comprises water pump 9 for transfer of working fluid, at least one pressure gage 10 and shut-off valve 11. Superheater 8 includes spiral heat exchanger 12, as well as heating boiler 13, where heating boiler 13 is made with possibility of interaction with spiral heat exchanger 12 for overheating of working medium to steam state. Outlet of spiral heat exchanger 12 is connected to inlet manifold 2 of steam pneumatic engine 1 for transfer of working medium heated to operating temperature and implementation of operation of steam pneumatic engine 1 with rotation transfer from crankshaft to output shaft 19.
EFFECT: simplification of steam pneumatic engine system; high efficiency of the system.
