SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of tops, more specifically to a multidirectional launcher. The multidirectional launching device comprises a part for holding by hand, a housing displaceable on said part for holding by a hand. The specified housing has a first start position and a second start position. The head assembly comprises a rotating body, which is freely rotatable on the body of the launching device, and a holding element located on the rotating body and configured to hold and detach the launched object. Proposed is the drive for direction change connected between the hand holding portion and the trigger body. The drive is configured to ensure the transition of the starting device housing from the specified first start position to the specified second start position after the action on the specified drive.

EFFECT: head assembly is configured to interact with said drive means to trigger the launched object up and down, providing users with new experience and enhancing the enjoyment of the toy.
