SUBSTANCE: manual yo-yo ball is designed to store energy manually, and contains two rotating parts and a connecting roller connecting the rotating parts. Each rotating part comprises of a disk-shaped body and a cover. Inside the disc-shaped body of one of the rotating parts there is a clutch mechanism, and inside the disc-shaped body of the other rotating part there is a mechanism for storing energy. The two ends of the connecting roller are connected to the clutch mechanism and to the energy storage unit, respectively. The rotating part, in which the clutch mechanism is located, is rotated by hand, thereby storing energy in the energy storage unit, after which the clutch mechanism is disconnected, whereby the energy storage unit releases energy to bring the two rotating parts into synchronous rotation.
EFFECT: synchronous rotation.
