FIELD: gas industry, devices for drying gases.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas industry, in particular to devices for drying gases, mainly natural or petroleum gas. The gas drying absorber contains an inlet separation section, a mass exchange absorption section with packages of a regular structured nozzle, an outlet section located between the inlet separation and mass exchange absorption sections, a chimney tray for collecting and discharging spent absorbent communicated with the mass exchange absorption section and the output separation section. The inlet separation and outlet sections contain partitions, on each of which centrifugal separation elements are placed along the periphery in form of semi-spiral chambers fixed to the partitions by central outlet pipes of purified gas, having inlet pipes of contaminated gas with rotary spring-loaded blades and connected by outlet pipes of separated impurities with cyclones located on these partitions in the center. In the inlet separation section, a conical vortex stabilizer with a vortex part receiver is attached to the head of the central cyclone, the lower part of which is immersed in a water-filled impurity accumulator. In the output separation section, a conical vortex stabilizer is attached to the head of the central cyclone with a receiver of the vortex part, the lower part of which is immersed in reservoir of trapped absorbent, which is connected by a branch pipe with chimney tray for collecting and discharging spent absorbent.
EFFECT: expansion of gas drying means (absorbers) decreases in conditions of its uneven supply increasing reliability, efficiency and economy of drying process.
