SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of environmental protection, in particular to methods for disposal of liquid radioactive waste, and can be used at enterprises storing radioactive waste (RW) in various types of storage facilities, in areas of radiation contamination with potential release of RW components into the environment, as well as for protection from contamination with radioactive substances of underground drinking water, grounds and soils in storage areas. An adhesive, a gel-forming composition and water are successively injected into the wells with one or more rims until an anti-filtration barrier is obtained.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the reliability of the disposal of radioactive waste and safety during the operation and liquidation of ground and underground RW storage facilities.
