SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring gas flow rates and can be used in the gas and oil industries, as well as in the fields of science and technology dealing with gases: in aviation, cryogenic technology, chemical, metallurgical industries, etc. In a device for measuring the volume flow of gas in the operation products of gas condensate wells by the correlation method according to the invention, two identical volume resonators of the decimeter range are used as signal sources to be further processed in order to determine the correlation time, installed at a certain distance from each other and excited at a frequency where is the resonant frequency of the resonator, and the shift is determined by the ratio , where Q is the Q factor of the resonator , and the values fo and Q are determined in the presence of a gas-liquid flow.
EFFECT: reduction of inaccuracy in determining the flow rate measured by the correlation method and excluding sharp outliers in determining the flow rate.
