FIELD: measuring engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises determining concentration of all three phases with the use of a HF-resonator and measuring the total flow rate of the mixture by the correlation method with the use of fluctuating of signals received from HF-resonators arranged along the flow. The device comprises homogenizer, probing unit made of a section of pipeline provided with two HF-resonators, and electronic unit.
EFFECT: simplified design.
