SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an emergency rescue vehicle. The emergency rescue vehicle comprises a chassis (1), an equipment box (2) provided on the chassis (1), wherein the equipment box (2) comprises a movable box (21) configured to be lifted relative to the chassis (1). A rotary lifting mechanism (23) provided in the equipment box (2), wherein the rotary lifting mechanism (23) is configured to rotate outwards, as well as be lifted and lowered after being extended outwards relative to the equipment box (2). The rotary lifting mechanism (23) comprises a base (231), a rail guide (232) for rectilinear movement, a frame (233) for rectilinear movement and a platform base plate (235). The base (231) is placed immovably in the equipment box (2), wherein the platform base plate (235) is placed on the frame (233) for rectilinear movement, and the rotary lifting mechanism (23) is in connection with the rail guide (232) for rectilinear movement, configured to slide using the rail guide (232) for rectilinear movement so as to be extended outwards. The rotary lifting mechanism (23) comprises a rotary frame (234), wherein the platform base plate (235) is placed on the frame (233) for rectilinear movement by means of the rotary frame (234) so as to be rotatable outwards.

EFFECT: claimed mechanism makes access to the rescue equipment easier for the personnel, reducing the physical load of the rescue service crew and improving the efficiency of the rescue operation.
