FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wrecking equipment used for clearing the debris and its transfer in areas of disaster. Proposed machine comprises chassis, swivel post with boom articulated therewith, and drive cylinder interacting with said swivel posts articulated with rotary platform mounted on said chassis. Chassis consists of body to accommodate power plant and control system and rotary platform coupled with reversing drive and secured to chassis top section on vertical hinge. Platform consists of top and bottom rotary strips with pair of guides secured to edges of each strip to accommodate horizontal bars coupled with drives of horizontal motion. Extending vertical support posts are mounted at the ends of said bars and coupled with drives of vertical motion. Aforesaid boom is composed of spatial actuator with its ribs composed of telescoping hydraulic cylinders.

EFFECT: better floatation, maneuverability and controllability.
