DEVICE FOR INTRAVENOUS INFUSIONS IN OZONE THERAPY Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61M5/14 A61M5/36

Abstract RU 2758124 C1

FIELD: medical technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to a device for intravenous infusions in ozone therapy. The device contains an ozone generator, an ozone destructor, a container with an infusion solution, a system for injecting an ozonated infusion solution. The ozone generator is connected through a controlled valve to the inlet of the infusion solution tank, which in turn is connected by one outlet to the ozone destructor, and by the other to the ozonated infusion solution dispenser connected to the ozonated infusion solution injection system equipped with a sensor for determining the concentration of ozone dissolved in the infusion solution, the output of which is connected through the regulator to the input of the control valve. The device for intravenous infusions during ozone therapy is made with the possibility of dynamic control of the ozone level in the injected solution no higher than dangerous for the patient. The dispenser of ozonated infusion solutions is designed with the ability to adjust the speed and volume of administration. The dispenser of ozonated infusion solutions is designed with the possibility of signaling and stopping the administration of the solution in case of gas bubbles in a solution with a volume of more than 50 mcl. The infusion solution container is a 200 ml container with 0.9% saline solution for barbotage, with three needles inserted into it through a sealed stopper. The ozone destructor is a 200 ml container with two needles inserted into it through a sealed stopper.

EFFECT: result consists in dynamic monitoring of the ozone level in the injected solution no higher than dangerous to the patient, but within the required therapeutic doses for a long time, preventing gas embolism during treatment.
