FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installations for the production of aromatic hydrocarbons from C3+ hydrocarbons; it can be used in the oil and gas industry. The invention relates to an installation for the catalytic recycling of light hydrocarbon raw materials with the production of aromatic hydrocarbons, including a catalytic recycling unit, a catalyzate separation unit, including the first and the second refrigerators, a separator and a compressor, as well as an adsorption purification unit, a fractionation unit, and an absorbent supply line. On a line for supplying reaction products from the catalytic recycling unit, in front of the first refrigerator, a recovery heat exchanger is installed, and, as the separator, a deflegmator is installed with a cooling unit equipped with lines for outputting phlegm and deflegmation gas, the latter is equipped with a compressor, an air cooling device, the second refrigerator and a fractionating absorber with a cooling unit equipped with a line for outputting saturated absorbent and a line for outputting topped gas, on which the adsorption purification unit is located equipped with a line for supplying blow-off gas and connected by a line for outputting regeneration gas to the dephlegmator, and by a line for outputting dry gas equipped with the recovery heat exchanger connected to a membrane installation, which is equipped with a line for outputting hydrogen-containing gas and is connected to the catalytic recycling unit by a line for supplying methane-containing circulating gas. The fractionation unit is equipped with lines for outputting aromatic hydrocarbons and is connected to the dephlegmator by a phlegm supply line, to the fractionating absorber by lines for outputting the absorbent and supplying saturated absorbent, and to the line for supplying separation gas or the line for supplying methane-containing circulating gas by the line for outputting exhaust gas.
EFFECT: simplification of the installation and an increase in the inter-regeneration mileage of the catalyst.
