FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus for producing aromatic hydrocarbons from C3-C4 hydrocarbons and can be used in oil and gas industry. Disclosed is an apparatus which is connected to a catalytic processing unit and includes a refrigerator, low and high pressure separators, a compressor station, as well as heat recovery, fractionation and gas separation units. In operation of the apparatus shown in the drawing, reaction products from the catalytic processing unit fed to the plant are cooled in a cooler and separated in a low pressure separator into a first separation residue discharged to the fractionation unit, and a first separation gas which is compressed and cooled by a compressor station, is cooled by process streams in a heat recovery unit and separated in a high pressure separator into a second separation residue, output to the fractionation unit, and a second separation gas, which is fed into the gas separation unit together with the blowing gas fed from the fractionation unit. Methane-containing gas and hydrogen-containing gas are removed from gas separation unit and heated in heat recuperation unit. Then, said gas is removed from the unit. Methane-containing gas is mixed with C3-C4 hydrocarbons, with non-converted raw material components fed from fractionation unit and with natural gas, then obtained raw mixture is supplied to catalytic processing unit. Aromatic hydrocarbons are removed from the fractionation unit.
EFFECT: simplified installation, increased output of aromatic hydrocarbons and inter-regeneration period.
