FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing energy products by catalytic cracking of solid hydrocarbon material in which a dispersion is heated, namely, cracking dispersion (40) containing solid material (1) in a crushed state containing at least one hydrocarbon component; at least one catalyst (10) of catalytic cracking selected from a group consisting of potassium silicates, sodium silicates, calcium silicates and magnesium and aluminum silicates; at least one alkaline component (20), which is quicklime (calcium oxide CaO), in amount suitable for pH value of the cracking dispersion to exceed 8.5, and liquid (30), inert to catalytic cracking, containing at least one mineral oil resistant to the cracking temperature. The cracking temperature is obtained by mixing certain amount of cracking dispersion (40) with certain amount of inert liquid (30), essentially containing no solid material (1) in the crushed state and catalyst (10), wherein inert liquid is brought to a temperature below 360°C and above the cracking temperature, while mixing is carried out so that the temperature of the resulting mixture is at least equal to the cracking temperature and below the coke formation temperature. Certain amount of an oxygenated gaseous composition is added to cracking dispersion (40), which has the cracking temperature, causing an exothermic reaction with at least part of diatomic hydrogen obtained during the cracking process. The invention also relates to a device for producing energy products by catalytic cracking of solid hydrocarbon material.
EFFECT: aim of the invention is the production of energy products, more specifically combustible fuel, by catalytic cracking of at least one, more specifically each, of hydrocarbon component of solid material in a crushed state without the formation of coke, dioxins and furans.
