FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for conversion of solid or high viscous material of carbon energy carrier into liquid and gaseous products of reaction includes stages: a) contacting material of carbon energy carrier with material of catalyst in form of particles; b) conversion of material of carbon energy carrier at temperature of reaction from 200°C to 450°C, preferably, from 250°C to 350°C, with production of gaseous products of reaction (products of reaction in gas phase). The procedure includes the stage c): separation of gaseous products of reaction from material of catalyst in form of particles during 10 sec upon formation of the said products. In the procedure there can be a not necessary stage d) products of reaction fast cooling to temperature below 200°C. The next stages of the procedure are e) division of products of reaction to non-condensed furnace gas and liquid products of reaction; stage f) separation of adsorbed products of reaction from material of catalyst in form of particles and g) annealing scale formed on material of catalyst in form of particles.
EFFECT: production of liquid and gaseous fuel from alternative materials different from light oil under soft conditions.
