FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to vegetable growing and arable farming, and can be used by personal gardens, household plots and farms in the cultivation of white cabbage. The method includes pre-sowing treatment of seeds by soaking for 12 hours in 0.001% aqueous extract of vermicompost. After singling, the seedlings are sprayed with an aqueous solution of Kornevin to improve the root formation process. The plants of white cabbage are sprayed twice with an aqueous solution of baker’s yeast after planting the seedlings in the ground: two weeks after transplanting the seedlings into the open ground and during the beginning of tying the heads.
EFFECT: use of baker’s yeast against the background of the use of vermicompost and a root formation stimulator provides an increase in plant resistance to stressful conditions and diseases, acceleration of development, growth and passage of physiological phases, as well as an increase in the yield and quality of white cabbage.
