FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: drilling machine for drilling wells contains an elongated case having an upper end and a lower end, a piston driven by fluid and located with the possibility of movement inside the case, an upper working chamber on the upper side of the piston, a lower working chamber on the lower side of the piston, fluid channels and control elements for controlling the supply of fluid under pressure into working chambers and the release of this fluid from working chambers to create reciprocating movement of the piston, an inlet at the upper end for supplying fluid under pressure, a distribution sleeve inside the case having an inner surface and an outer surface, wherein the piston is located inside the distribution sleeve, and a drill head made with the possibility of connection to the lower end of the case and having a shock surface facing the piston to receive piston impacts. One or more main receiving channels, one or more upper receiving channels, one or more lower receiving channels and one or more outlet channels are made between the outer surface of the distribution sleeve and the inner surface of the case surrounding the distribution sleeve, as a result of which flows supplied into both working chambers and flows released from both working chambers are passed between surfaces of the distribution sleeve and the case.
EFFECT: efficiency of the device is increased by increasing the working surface of the piston in upper and lower working chambers, which, when exposed to fluid under pressure, allows for stronger shock pulses without significantly increasing external dimensions of the impact device itself.
