DISC BRAKE WITH A PRESSURE DEVICE LOCATED IN IT, AS WELL AS A SUPPORT ROLLER FOR THE PRESSURE DEVICE Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC F16D55/2255 F16D65/18 

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: disc brake is proposed having a brake bracket (1) and a pressure device located in it for applying force to the brake pads of the disc brake, while an integral part of the pressure device is a brake lever (10) actuated by a power link and preferably by a pneumatic cylinder. It consists of a lever arm (14), on which the power link rests, and a pressure shaft (15), which on the one hand rests on a pressure element (8) working in the direction of the brake pads, and on the other hand on the brake bracket from the inside, while the brake bracket (1) and the pressure shaft (15) are each made, facing each other, in the form of shells (21, 22), in which a support roller (20) is installed, having an axis (A) of the roller passing across the direction (Z) of pressing. The support roller (20), with its side surface (20A), rests directly in one of the two shells (21, 22) and is made in relation to this shell without the possibility of rotation or with a limited possibility of rotational movement. Further, the support roller (20) serves as a means for centering the brake lever (10) laterally in the brake bracket. Next, a particularly suitable support roller should be created for these purposes.

EFFECT: reduction in the mutual mobility of the involved structural elements by using as simple measures as possible and without the need for additional structural elements.
