METHOD FOR DETECTING DANGEROUS PLACE WITH EXCESSIVE LONGITUDINAL COMPRESSIVE FORCE CAUSING LOSS OF STABILITY OF A JOINTLESS PATH Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC E01B35/06 E01B35/12 B61K9/08

Abstract RU 2758970 C1

FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to track facilities of railway transport and can be used to monitor the state of a continuous welded track. When monitoring the position of the axis of the railway track in the plan with a track measuring device, from the beginning of the summer season, using diagrams, the steepness of the unevenness of the rails of the continuous welded track in the plan, which is not yet dangerous for the movement of trains, is recorded. These initial diagrams are saved until the diagrams are obtained during the next passes of the track measuring device. Subsequent diagrams are superimposed on the previous ones, combining them along a linear coordinate (abscissa x) and determine the difference in the steepness of irregularities at the place of the maximum boom. Divide this difference by the elapsed time between the passes of the track measuring device and determine the rate of change in the magnitude of the steepness of the stress unevenness. Thus, a dangerous place is detected by the magnitude of the rate of change in the steepness of the stress unevenness.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to detect in advance a place with excessive longitudinal compressive force and take measures to prevent derailing of the rolling stock.
