FIELD: construction; railways.

SUBSTANCE: resilient boltless rail bond consists of flanges and embedded parts mounted on the base under rail. Embedded part in its upper part has T-shaped protrusion. Vertical force is applied to rail base with flexible clamp enveloping embedded part on both sides under T-shaped protrusion in horizontal plane and having downward arch under T-shaped protrusion. In its central section clamp is made in the form of a loop which is supported, through insert, by helical spring arranged in the body rested on the base. Body is wider at the bottom, and base has a cavity under it. Clamp's ends are directed sideward and are bent in vertical and horizontal planes, thus providing clamp's latching between flange and T-shaped protrusion during installation, and play formation between clamp's ends and rail base. Play is chosen by vertical slope of clamp turned about the contact point with T-shaped protrusion under the effect of force applied by helical spring during final installation by means of introduction of body together with compressed spring with latching between base and insert which is arranged between oval part of clamp loop and upper part of helical spring.

EFFECT: improving efficiency of rail bond construction use by means of sharing the elastic elements operating functions, the possibility to adjust rail position in vertical plane and to re-fixture rail strings without interrupting train traffic, and impossibility to remove bonds without using special devices.
