SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sealed and heat-insulated tank designed for storage of liquefied gas. The tank contains an upper wall having a multilayer structure, and additionally contains a gas dome structure, including: a steam collector pipeline, a shell that is located around the steam collector pipeline and is hermetically connected to a secondary sealing membrane. Moreover, the shell is hermetically connected to the steam collector pipeline by means of an upper annular plate, which is located transversely between the shell and the steam collector pipeline to provide a sealed primary space that communicates with the primary thermal barrier. The shell has a section in the form of a truncated cone between the upper annular plate and the secondary sealing membrane, tapering to the secondary sealing membrane. It also contains a primary exhaust device designed to release the fluid from the primary heat-insulating barrier, and the primary exhaust device contains a pipe hermetically connected to the upper annular plate.

EFFECT: sealed and heat-insulated tank containing a gas dome structure is offered, which is equipped with a primary exhaust device that provides the release of the fluid present in the primary heat-insulating barrier, and which is able to quickly release significant amounts of the fluid present in the primary heat-insulating barrier without deterioration of the mechanical characteristics of the tank wall near the gas dome structure.
