FIELD: disassembly and assembly devices.
SUBSTANCE: device for pressing out and pressing the liner of the cylinder block of engines of cars and tractors contains a housing and a power screw with a knob for its rotation. The device is equipped with a press-out heel and a press-in heel, the body is made in the form of a flat plate with oval through holes located diagonally of the plate and converging from the corners to the center, in which quick-release bolts are installed, and with a central threaded hole in which the power screw is installed. The power screw has two grooves, one of which has a pressing-out heel, and on the other - a press-down heel, and each heel is made in the form of a thick-walled cylindrical washer with a cut for installation on the power screw and with an annular groove around the periphery for even distribution of the force along the end of the sleeve when pressing and pressing.
EFFECT: increase in productivity of disassembly and assembly works during engine repair and safety of repairable parts.
