FIELD: blasting.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to perforating and blasting equipment, namely, to means of initiating an explosive chain of hollow carrier cumulative perforators lowered into petroleum and gas boreholes on pumping and compressor pipes. The apparatus for initiating detonation in downhole cumulative perforators lowered into the borehole on pumping and compressor pipes comprises a body made in the form of two parts: the upper body and the lower body, and an impact mechanism and a detonation initiation unit placed therein. The detonation initiation unit is hydraulically isolated from the borehole by sealing elements. The impact mechanism comprises the body of the impact mechanism, made cylindrical, wherein on the outer surface thereof a seat is secured by means of copper shear pins and a piston is installed, fixed in the sleeve of the lower body by shear pins. A striker and a heel are placed on the inner side of the body of the impact mechanism. The striker is secured on the seat from moving by steel balls to configure the apparatus for detonation initiation to be initiated both by mechanical impact on the seat and by hydraulic impact on the piston. The heel of the impact mechanism is configured to come into contact with two hammer heads of the detonation initiation unit, initiating the two detonators, and the detonation is transmitted to two detonator cords, wherein each cord is configured to initiate a lead charge to the perforator.

EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of increasing the reliability of the apparatus for initiation of detonation in downhole cumulative perforators by duplicating elements, and also ensures actuation of the apparatus both by mechanical and hydraulic impact.
