FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical technology, namely to air recirculator. The recirculator contains an oblong housing, with inlet and outlet openings formed from opposite ends, and an irradiation chamber with ultraviolet lamps mounted along the housing and protective screens located on both sides of these lamps from the inlet and outlet openings is formed inside the housing. A fan is mounted in the housing from the side of the inlet. Side screens are mounted on top and bottom of the UV lamps along their ends and across the housing to its inner walls, made with the possibility of excluding the passage of ultraviolet radiation reflected from the inner walls of the housing to the outside of the housing. From the ends of the ultraviolet lamps from above and below and in opposite directions from the ultraviolet lamps, central screens are mounted, directed at an angle to the longitudinal plane of the lamp placement from 15 to 30 degrees and overlapping the gaps between the ultraviolet lamps and the side screens with the possibility of excluding the passage of ultraviolet radiation through the said gap. In the central screens, oblong holes are made for their entire length with indents from the side edges with the possibility of air flows passing through the holes formed. The holes are blocked by plates mounted along the holes and directed away from the ultraviolet lamps at an angle to the longitudinal plane of the location of the ultraviolet lamps from 15 to 30 degrees, made with the possibility of excluding the passage of direct ultraviolet radiation through them. The central screens are U-shaped, with symmetrically separated side shelves away from the UV lamps.
EFFECT: increased specific performance of the air recirculator.
