FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and can be used in the design of high-speed synchronous electric machines of increased power. The rotor is a ferromagnetic implicit-pole or explicit-pole array. On the surface of the ferromagnetic array, a cylindrical laminated holder made of a gradient material with magnetic and non-magnetic zones is placed. Non-magnetic zones are fragments located along the outer diameter and bounding the space of the grooves from above. The laminated holder is made of a material that has the ability to change its magnetic properties, namely, to acquire the properties of non-magnetic materials in the places of mechanical processing. Such a material, for example, can serve as a magnetic chromium-nickel steel of the X18N9T brand. The expected result is achieved due to the rejection of milling and threading of annular grooves on the surface of the ferromagnetic massive rotor, as well as the rejection of pressing the rotor onto the shaft and joint processing of the rotor and shaft from a single array.
EFFECT: increase in the level of unit power of the rotor system, the manufacturability of the structure and its strength.
