FIELD: agricultural machinery.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to dressing agents, and is intended for installation on a pneumatic seeder and coating seeds with protective and stimulating drugs during sowing. The attachment module to the pneumatic seeder contains a container for the working fluid 1, a metering pump 2, a mixing chamber 3 with a sprayer 4 installed in the pneumatic seed tube, a collector of excess working fluid 5, a branch pipe 6 and a screw surface 7 installed in a cylindrical body, connected to pneumatic seed tube through bearing assemblies at the inlet to the mixing chamber. The seed dispensed by the air seeder's seeding system is picked up by the air flow and fed into the mixing chamber. From the container for the working fluid, the dosing pump delivers the drug to the nebulizer, which sprays it in the form of an aerosol. The mixture of air, seeds and aerosols, swirled by a rotating screw surface, passes through the pipe of the mixing chamber, where a complete and uniform coating of the seed surface with the preparation takes place. The part of the working fluid that did not get on the seeds is deposited in the collector and through the branch pipe is again directed to the sprayer. A rotating helical surface, installed in a cylindrical body, provides a swirl of the air flow and the seeds in it.

EFFECT: invention will improve the efficiency of seed treatment.
