FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for induction heating of liquids, including at oil and gas, chemical and other industries where viscous multicomponent liquids are transported through a pipeline. The device consists of a heat exchanger with an induction heater connected to the conversion and control device, the heat exchanger is n≥1 rectangular pipes enclosed in a mechanically strong electrically non-conductive casing, arranged in parallel in the flow of heated liquid in one row close to each other with long sides, and the induction the heater consists of n≥1 strip inductors, electrically insulated on both sides, each of which covers the outer surface of the corresponding nth heat exchanger tube with one transverse turn, wherein the ribbon inductors on all pipes of the heat exchanger are electrically connected in series so that the currents of the ribbon inductors at the adjacent walls of adjacent pipes are directed in one direction.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency and reliability of the device, as well as reducing the overall dimensions and weight of the heat exchanger.
