FIELD: electric power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in devices for electric heating of liquid for industrial processes and in everyday life. Fluid flow induction heater comprises inductor winding, copper tube electrically insulated with compound, having unions for inlet and outlet of cooling fluid and terminals for its connection to generator, as well as heat-insulating protective screen located coaxially inside cylindrical inductor, in which there is also a core-magnetic conductor-product conduit coaxially along a sliding fit, comprising a cylindrical magnetic conductor housing with an internal thread, by means of which inside the cylindrical housing of the core-magnetic conductor there is a core-fairing arranged coaxially in the form of a hollow cylinder plugged at both ends with hemispherical plugs. Thickness of heat-conducting plates located in annular section of core-magnetic conductor-product line is selected taking into account provision of equality of nominal passage of product line to conditional passage of inlet and outlet nozzles.
EFFECT: simplified design of core-magnetic conductor, increased efficiency, manufacturability and operation.
