SUBSTANCE: method for increasing the yield and quality of sweet corn grain includes a singular pre-sowing treatment of sugar corn seeds with a biologically active agent containing the components of resin of plant from the pine family, wherein an aqueous solution of potassium salts of terpenic acids of Siberian cedar pine resin is used as a biologically active agent, pre-sowing treatment of the seeds is executed at a rate of 0.1 liters of the working solution at a concentration of 0.1% per 1 ton of seeds, and a singular foliar treatment of the sweet corn plants at the phase 5 to 6 of leaf development is executed additionally at a rate of 300 l/ha of the working solution at a concentration of 0.01%.

EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of increasing the yield and the content of crude protein in the sweet corn grain, using the biologically active components of potassium salts of terpenic acids of Siberian cedar pine resin at low doses.
