The frame is made in the form of a beam connecting two parts of the frame structure, fixed at both the front and rear ends of the beam. Two parts of the frame structure are the skeleton for the chassis of the bogie. The chassis includes the chassis and control mechanisms. The frame part of the device contains jack stands equipped with hydraulic jacks, a retractable tube and internal retractable stands, transverse jack rods. The method for transporting and connecting pipes consists in placing a trolley for transporting pipes inside the pipe itself. The pipe rises from the ground by raising the upper metal beam.
