FIELD: devices for irrigation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprinkler irrigation devices. Self-priming sprinkling machine consists of carcass, switching panel (5), drum (6), polyethylene pipe, driving device of hydraulic turbine (7), trolley with sprinkler and self-suction device (8). Frame includes subframe (1), a support frame of drum (2), a supporting frame of switching panels (3) and wheel assembly (4). Subframe (1) is a flat support frame structure, which is completely two-sided symmetrical, and the support frame structure comprises a boundary beam tightly connected to the closed ring to form an annular frame structure, and a support beam attached to the inner side of the circular carcass structure. Pulling transmission mechanism is located at front end of subframe (1). Lower part of subframe (1) is equipped with rotary device of subframe (11), and rotary device (11) is located in center of gravity of frame and comprises rotating bearing (12) and support element of chassis (13), arranged in series from top to bottom. Rotating bearing (12) comprises inner ring, outer ring and rotary drive. Inner ring of rotary bearing (12) is fixed and connected to subframe (1), external ring of rotary bearing (12) is fixed and is connected to support element of chassis (13), and rotation drive of rotary bearing (12) is fixed on subframe (1) and is mounted and connected to outer ring of rotating bearing (12) by means of transmission mechanism. Support element of chassis (13) is equipped with main plane of flat support. Telescopic front support (14) is located in front part of subframe (1), as well as telescopic front support (14) contains control element extension and removal of front support. Device contains two support frames of drum (2), which are installed symmetrically and vertically on the flat support frame structure of the subframe, respectively, in position to the rotary device of subframe (11). Device comprises two support frames of switching panel (3), which are symmetrically mounted on subframe (1) or support frame of drum (2) and extend in reverse direction. Device contains two wheel assemblies (4) which are symmetrically fixed on the rear part of subframe (1) base. Wheel assembly (4) consists of support beam (41), wheel (42) and wheel lifting control element (43). Front end of support beam (41) hingedly is connected with subframe (1), and wheel (42) can turn back and forth, is attached to rear end of support beam (41). Wheel lifting control element (43) has one end connected to the support frame of drum (2) or the support frame of switching panel (3), and the other end connected to the support beam of wheel (41). When wheel lifting control element (43) is completely retracted to the initial position, the horizontal plane at the wheel base location is located above the main support plane of the chassis support element (13). Device comprises two switching panels (5) which are symmetrically mounted on rear end of support frame of patch panel (3). Switching panel (5) is equipped with element limiting return of trolley with sprinkler, and comprises control element of lifting of switching panel and safety element, which prevents kickback, which is located on element limiting return of trolley with sprinkler. Drum (6) can turn back and forth and is mounted in the upper part of the support frame of drum (2) by means of a bearing, and the left and right side plates of drum (6) are equipped with circular rings of crown gear (61) concentric to drum (6). Polyethylene pipe is wound on drum (6), and inlet end of polyethylene pipe passes through center along axis of drum (6). Hydraulic turbine drive (7) consists of hydraulic turbine unit (71) and drum reduction gearbox (72). Hydraulic turbine unit (71) is reliably fixed on drum (2) support frame. Hydraulic turbine unit (71) consists of water injection hole, pressure water outlet hole and hydraulic turbine located inside its unit. Hole in hydraulic turbine unit (71) for discharge of water under pressure is interconnected with inlet opening of polyethylene pipe. Hydraulic turbine of unit (71) consists of output transmission shaft. Drum reduction gear drum (72) is secured on subframe (1). Drum reduction gear box (72) consists of input transmission shaft and output transmission shaft. Input transmission shaft of drive reduction gear of drum (72) is connected to output transmission shaft of hydraulic turbine of unit (71) by means of transmission mechanism, and output shaft of drive reduction gear of drum (72) is connected to annular ring of crown gear (61) by means of transmission mechanism. Trolley with a sprinkler consists of a sprinkler casing, a support wheel and a sprinkler. Support wheel is installed on base of sprinkler frame. Sprinkler is mounted on sprayer carcass, and inlet hole of sprinkler is connected to outlet opening of polyethylene pipe. Also, the sprinkler carcass is equipped with an impact unit compatible in position to the safety element of switching panel (5), which prevents kickback. Self-suction device (8) is mounted on subframe (1) and consists of a power supply unit, a water pump, a pump hose and a filtering mechanism. Pumping supply source is connected to water pump. Inlet end of water pump is connected to filtering mechanism by means of pump hose, and end of water pump outlet is connected to inlet of hydraulic turbine unit (71) for supply of water under pressure via pipeline.

EFFECT: enabling easy adjustment of sprinkler irrigation direction and free rotation of sprinkling machine with due allowance for self-filling with water for irrigation.
